"Tu Hi Hai Aashiqui" (English: You are my love) is a romantic Hindi song from the 2014 Bollywood film, ''Dishkiyaoon''. Composed by Palash Muchhal, the song is sung by Arijit Singh and Palak Muchhal, with lyrics penned by Sanamjit Talwar. The music video of the track features actors Harman Baweja and Ayesha Khanna.
== Background ==
The song is composed by Palash Muchhal. He met with lead actor of the song, Harman Baweja at the premiere of ''Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey''. Later on, Baweja heard some of the songs by Muchhal and made him meet, producer of the film Shilpa Shetty, where she gave the opportunity for him to compose the songs for the film. The male vocals for the song is given by Arijit Singh while the female vocals is given by the sister of the composer, Palak Muchhal.〔 This was their fifth duet, after "Chahun Main Ya Naa" and "Meri Aashiqui" from ''Aashiqui 2'' (2013), "Dhokha Dhadi" from ''R... Rajkumar'' (2013) and "Teri Saanson Mein" from Karle Pyaar Karle (2014). On 10 February 2014, Singh was snapped along with composer Palash Muchhal and co-singer Palak Muchhal recording the song at a studio.
